These Terms of Use (the "EULA" or "Agreement") govern Your use of any mobile application ("Application" or "App") published by VORSoftware Co (the "Licensor", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), located at Av. Caminos del Inca, Lima, Peru. This Agreement applies to all current and future Applications published by VORSoftware Co, including but not limited to Dress Me AI, Bible Feels, Correct Me, and Truth or Dare You Dare?.
By downloading, installing, or using any Application from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and any update thereto, You (the "End-User" or "You") indicate that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The parties acknowledge that Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this Agreement and are not bound by any provisions or obligations with regard to any Application. VORSoftware Co, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the Application and its content.
This Agreement may not provide for usage rules that conflict with the latest Apple App Store or Google Play Terms of Service. All rights not expressly granted to You are reserved.
1. The Application
Each Application is a piece of software created and distributed by VORSoftware Co, customized for mobile devices running iOS or Android. Applications are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (such as HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA or similar). If Your interactions would be subject to such laws, You may not use the Applications.
2. Scope of License
2.1 You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Application on any device that You own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in this section and the applicable app store's Terms of Service. The license may also be accessed via Family Sharing or volume purchasing where supported.
2.2 This license will also govern any updates of the Application provided by Licensor that replace, repair, and/or supplement the original Application, unless a separate license is provided for such update, in which case the terms of that new license will govern.
2.3 You may not share or make the Application available to third parties (unless to the degree allowed by the app store terms and with VORSoftware Co's prior written consent), sell, rent, lend, lease or otherwise redistribute the Application.
2.4 You may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, decompile, integrate, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works or updates of, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application or any part thereof, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2.5 You may not copy (except when expressly authorized by this license and the applicable Usage Rules) or alter the Application or portions thereof. You may not remove any intellectual property notices.
2.6 Violations of the obligations above may be subject to prosecution and damages.
2.7 Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this license at any time.
3. Technical Requirements
3.1 Licensor attempts to keep each Application updated so that it is compatible with modern hardware and operating systems, but does not guarantee that every version of the Application will be compatible with every device.
3.2 You acknowledge that it is Your responsibility to confirm that the device on which You intend to use the Application meets the required technical specifications.
3.3 Licensor reserves the right to modify the technical specifications as it deems appropriate at any time.
4. Maintenance and Support
4.1 The Licensor is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Application. You can reach the Licensor at the email address listed in Section 11 or in the app store listing of the Application.
4.2 VORSoftware Co and the End-User acknowledge that Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.
5. Use of Data
You acknowledge that Licensor will be able to access and adjust content You submit to the Application, including Your personal information, and that Licensor's use of such information is subject to this Agreement and Licensor's Privacy Policy, available at privacy_policy.html.
6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
6.1 Some Applications offer auto-renewable subscriptions and/or one-time in-app purchases ("credit packs"). The specific products, durations, and prices are displayed inside the Application prior to confirmation of purchase.
6.2 Payment. Payment will be charged to Your Apple ID or Google Play account at the moment of confirmation of purchase.
6.3 Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
6.4 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions. Subscriptions may be managed, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by going to Your account settings in the App Store (on iOS) or in the Google Play Store (on Android) after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
6.5 Free Trials. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when You purchase a subscription, where applicable.
6.6 Consumable Credit Packs. Credit packs (e.g., a pack of AI-generated outfits) are one-time purchases that grant a specified number of uses of a paid feature. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated but are non-transferable and non-refundable once consumed.
6.7 Refunds. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store through which the purchase was made. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests.
7. Liability
7.1 Licensor's responsibility in the case of violation of obligations and tort shall be limited to intent and gross negligence. Only in case of a breach of essential contractual duties shall Licensor also be liable in case of slight negligence. In any case, liability shall be limited to foreseeable, contractually typical damages. The limitation above does not apply to injuries to life, limb, or health.
7.2 Licensor takes no responsibility for damages caused due to a breach of duties by the End-User under Section 2 of this Agreement. You are encouraged to use any available backup functions of the Application to avoid data loss.
7.3 Assumption of Risk and Full User Responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VORSoftware Co (including any of its members, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, contractors, affiliates, and the original creator of any Application) shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for the consequences, outcomes, decisions, actions, or omissions that result from Your use of any Application. You acknowledge and agree that You use the Applications entirely at Your own risk, and that You are solely and fully responsible for the use You make of them and for any and all consequences arising from such use, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional or psychological distress, financial loss, reputational harm, loss of data, damage to Your device, relationship or social consequences, health-related outcomes, or any decision taken on the basis of content generated, displayed, suggested, or recommended by an Application (including AI-generated content). VORSoftware Co makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, suitability, appropriateness, or safety of any output produced by any Application, and any reliance You place on such output is strictly at Your own discretion and risk.
8. Warranty
8.1 Licensor warrants that the Application is free of spyware, trojan horses, viruses, or any other malware at the time of Your download, and that the Application works substantially as described in the user documentation.
8.2 No warranty is provided if the Application is not executable on the device, has been modified without authorization, used with inappropriate hardware or software, or affected by any cause outside VORSoftware Co's sphere of influence.
8.3 In the event of a failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, You may notify the app store operator, and the price You paid for the Application will be refunded to You in accordance with the app store's policies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app store operator will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application.
9. Product Claims
VORSoftware Co and the End-User acknowledge that VORSoftware Co, and not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims of the End-User or any third party relating to the Application or the End-User's possession and/or use of that Application, including but not limited to:
- product liability claims;
- any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and
- claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
10. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12. Termination
The license is valid until terminated by VORSoftware Co or by You. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically and without notice from VORSoftware Co if You fail to adhere to any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, You shall stop all use of the Application and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Application.
13. Third-Party Terms and Beneficiary
VORSoftware Co represents and warrants that it will comply with applicable third-party terms when operating the Application. In accordance with Apple's "Instructions for Minimum Terms of Developer's End-User License Agreement," Apple and Apple's subsidiaries shall be third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon Your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against You as a third-party beneficiary thereof. The same beneficiary rights apply to Google LLC where the Application is distributed through Google Play.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
VORSoftware Co and the End-User acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Application or the End-User's possession and use of that Application infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, VORSoftware Co, and not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claims.
15. Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Peru, excluding its conflicts of law rules. This choice of law does not deprive You of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of Your country of residence.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 If any term of this Agreement is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Invalid terms will be replaced by valid ones formulated in a way that will achieve the primary purpose.
16.2 Collateral agreements, changes, and amendments are only valid if made in writing. This requirement can only be waived in writing.
